Staying safe
Wire fraud
Scammers send fake emails that look like they come from agents or title companies, with new wiring instructions. I will never email or text you wiring instructions, and I will never ask you to change where you send money.
Before you wire money, call your title company at a phone number you know is real, such as one from their official website or your contract. Don't use a number from the email.
Your personal information
I will never ask for your passwords. Please don't send Social Security, bank account or loan numbers through this website, email or text. If a document needs them, your lender or title company will give you a secure way to send it.

Who I am
This website belongs to Kevin Salmeron, a REALTOR® licensed in Texas with Real Properties (Real TX Properties, LLC). Questions about this policy can go to Kevinsalrealtor@gmail.com.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send me: your name, phone number, email address and message when you use a contact form or email me.
The calculators run in your own browser. The numbers you type stay on your device unless you choose to email them to me.
Messages from the contact form pass through this website's hosting and form provider on their way to me.
How I use it
To reply to you and help with your real estate question. My brokerage, Real Properties, supervises my work and may see our messages and records.
I share your information with others only when you ask me to, for example a lender or title company you want to talk to, or when the law requires it. I don't sell your information, and I won't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Calls and texts
If you give me your phone number, I may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text, or just tell me, and I'll stop.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn't track you across other websites.
To see how the site is used, I count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies or identify you. It only shows me totals, such as how many visits there were, which pages were viewed, which website or country the visitor came from, the browser and type of device, and how fast pages loaded. Cloudflare receives each page request like any web server, but says it doesn't use the IP address or browser details to identify or follow anyone.
It remembers whether you chose English or Spanish, using your browser's storage. If you start a note in the contact form, it's saved in your own browser so you don't lose it, and it's deleted once it's sent or after 7 days. The company that hosts this website may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.
Your choices
You can email me to see, correct or delete the information you've sent me. I may need to keep some records that the law or my brokerage requires.
Children
This site is meant for adults and isn't directed to children under 13.

Links to sites like HAR.com, FEMA or your county go to websites I don't control. Their own privacy policies apply there.

The calculators show rough estimates based on the numbers you enter. They aren't a loan offer, a loan approval, an appraisal, or a promise of any price, payment or result.

Listing details come from the MLS, sellers, builders and public records. They're believed to be reliable but aren't guaranteed, and they can change or be withdrawn at any time.
Please verify anything that matters to you, such as square footage, lot size, schools, taxes, HOA or MUD fees, and flood zone.

Maps and pins show approximate locations. They aren't surveys, and boundaries are approximate.
Working together
Using this site or contacting me doesn't make me your agent. I represent a buyer or seller only after we sign a written agreement.
